I always try to get referrals for the important stuff - hair salons, doctors & dentists for the kids and as a new puppy owner, veterinarians. My neighbor didn't disappoint and I couldn't have been happier with our first visit to Animal Hospital of Statesville on Main St. in Troutman. Very personable office staff who were engaged and pleasant from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment. The great customer service continued upon arrival as everyone said hello with smiles and quickly took us back for our appointment on time. The visit was quick but informative and I never felt rushed. The focus was on our new fur baby and any questions or concerns I might have. I was also pleased that staff was open to spreading vaccinations over an appropriate period of time that doctor and I agreed upon rather than forcing too many too soon. I also appreciated the follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. Highly Recommend.
