Where to start other than saying that the entire team at this amazing facility was so unbelievably welcoming and attentive with my dog, during an emergency visit that they graciously squeezed us into, on the same day of the unfortunate event that created it. Dr Pendergrass was nothing short of amazing and without question, if I lived anywhere near this Animal Hospital, I would be a client for life.

We love Animal Hospital of Statesville! With 8 dogs, we’re definitely there more than the average family, and the staff has always been kind, understanding, and never judgmental. There was a period when times were tough and we fell behind on some routine visits. Now that we’re getting everyone caught back up, they’ve made the process easy and have never made us feel embarrassed or like bad pet parents. They simply focus on helping us move forward and making sure our dogs get the care they need. We especially love Dr. Pendergrass. Everyone has been compassionate, helpful, and understanding, especially with our allergy-prone dog and his ongoing skin issues. We’re really grateful to have a veterinary team we trust with our whole pack. ❤️🐾

The whole team at this location was wonderful for my two dogs over the past few months. I had my 2 year old golden checked out in the spring and my 12 year old golden checked last week due to constant vomiting. The whole team loves on the animals and they have wonderful customer service. They make sure their clients are fully taken care of, humans and animals. They also have urgent care visit appointments that make life way less stressful when dealing with a sick dog. Thank you to the whole team for all they do!

Absolute angels. Dr.Talbot was a Godsend in a really difficult time with my best girl and did her best to give me all the information possible. She laid out all my options with real respect and compassion. All the nurses that helped were amazing too and took their time to let me say goodbye. You couldn't ask for better care for your pets.

My boyfriend and I brought in a stray kitten yesterday that we found on the highway going 65 miles an hour he fell out of somebody’s engine Bay in fromt of us and they were able to fit us in within an hour and a half! They were so attentive and kind to us about the whole situation and we left feeling assured that we would be able to take care of this new kitten wuthout any extreme expenses. I always try to get referrals for the important stuff - hair salons, doctors & dentists for the kids and as a new puppy owner, veterinarians. My neighbor didn't disappoint and I couldn't have been happier with our first visit to Animal Hospital of Statesville on Main St. in Troutman. Very personable office staff who were engaged and pleasant from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment. The great customer service continued upon arrival as everyone said hello with smiles and quickly took us back for our appointment on time. The visit was quick but informative and I never felt rushed. The focus was on our new fur baby and any questions or concerns I might have. I was also pleased that staff was open to spreading vaccinations over an appropriate period of time that doctor and I agreed upon rather than forcing too many too soon. I also appreciated the follow up to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. Highly Recommend.

I want to thank everyone at AHS in Statesville for the excellent caring service that we received in having to say goodbye to our Furbaby Cairo this past week. They are absolutely the best. Dr. Christy stayed after hours on a Saturday to see our tiny, aging Maltese giving her an XRay & urinalysis to be certain she did not have bladder stones. She is a remarkable veterinarian with a heart of gold. We cannot thank her enough for her kind, conscientious, & expert care!

I like how the staff I’ll seem very kind and pet friendly as well as human friendly. I also like how they take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and that everything is what you expected it to be.
