We are new to the area and when I called to get an appointment they were able to get us in within 2 weeks for an annual check. The service was fast and professional. Our pet was relaxed and seemed to like everyone. Great experience!

My Husband and I have been bringing our Collie, Jake, here his whole life which he is now 6 years old. We brought our other dog here prior to him for many years as well. We have had nothing but Wonderful experiences and they care a lot about their animals. We have since then moved to Southport, NC and we drive all the way to Statesville to take Our Collie there, whenever he has to go and we will continue to take him there. I wanted to share that in addition to seeing Dr. LaRoche, I had a very positive experience with Dr. Gaither. Theo was having issues pooping, and although this is usually not an issue for cats, she somehow knew to check his anal glands. They were clogged like crazy! Dr. Gaither is also amazing and loved the fact that Theo is great on a harness! The care in this facility is amazing. They have a lot of equipment in house so that they can do the proper testing to put you at ease. Thank you so much Dr. Gaither and Dr. LaRoche! Update: The staff has been amazing to my little Sophie who is now in stage 3 renal failure. Lydia is the head tech, and she was so helpful drawing blood from Sophie's little inner thigh! All of the staff is amazing, and the in house chemistry, electrolyte and cbc machines allowed the doctor to assess Sophie's condition on the spot. Thank you everyone!

Dr. LaRouche is AMAZING! She reviewed Theo’s case and provided a solution. She went through all of his bloodwork results with me. I really loved how she gave him a full physical exam, going over his spine and noticing his musculature and the fact that he had no atrophy. She even appreciated that as a Reiki Master, that I give him treatments. She set up a follow up call to assess his progress. Her bedside manner is warm, and she truly is a gift to this practice! The staff is friendly and they love Theo and his cool harness!

My Fatman, our big fluffy black cat.. has not felt well the last few days, which has me so worried! Yesterday we brought him in for an emergency visit, which I love that we can see his vet for instead of taking him to a different facility for emergency.. Everyone here treats him so gently and attentively, he gets scared and anxious being out of the house.. but they do all they can to keep him from getting to stressed more then he is.. my baby boy still isn’t feeling better today on Sunday and they have called to check on him with plans to check on him again later today and if he’s not better by tomorrow to have him come back for some testing to see what more they can do for him. They definitely do what they can to help pet parents not stress more. The cost is a bit higher then other vets but the cost is more then worth the it! We have used Animal Hospital of statesville for a few years and we will continue to use for all the years we have our babies! And we will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a veterinary experience that is handled with care and love to go here!

We cannot thank y'all enough for taking care of Kodak and for keeping her alive for so much longer, because she surely would've died without you. Our dog Gizmo had her nose area almost ripped off. Thought our only choice was to put her down. Dr said she has done a procedure before and the Dr. gave her a fighting chance. Three to four days and a reasonable dr bill and Gizmo is doing great. Highly recommend them.

Went in about a week ago with my german shepherd. Checkup, nails cut, and shots update. They treated me and shepherd with respect. All the people had great attitudes. Not pushy on some tests i could not do this month. The Dr. Was very nice understanding. I moved from another vet. Due to pushy and smart remarks. I can not express how nice Animal hospital of statesville treated me. Pricing seamed reasonable. Thank you. Update on 11-10-24 do not give them your email. Called made a appointment for my shepherd as soon as I hang up the phone I started getting emails for pet insurance. They are pushing emails. With in 3 days I have received 30 emails.
