I've been a loyal client here since 2009. The entire staff is amazing, but everybody has favorites. I can not express how much I appreciate the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Cooney. I put my trust in him when my puppy broke his leg near a growth plate. He thought he could repair it, but let me know that it was a better option to have an orthopedic vet do the job. I chose to go with AHS and trust in Dr. Cooney. With his skills and my determination to follow the strict recovery directions, Bo made a quick and solid recovery in 6 weeks! Also, I'd like to give accolades to Dr. LaRoche. She has a wonderful bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and you never have an uncomfortable moment in her presence. She is compassionate, truthful, decerning, and friendly. The entire staff, including vets, vet techs, and front desk, are just amazing people. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND putting your trust of your furry family member in their skilled and capable hands!

Gucci-boy Fox love's all the staff and the Doctor's at the Vet he has been going there every since he was born and he was born in April of 2021 so he his 2 years old now as and healthy as a lard and weighs over 80lbs now. He's my loveable and sweet moral support service animal and I wouldn't go nowhere else but to the Vet on Hwy 64 in Statesville N.C. Thanks again guy's and God Bless You All!!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this veterinary office! I am very impressed with how responsive they are and how quick they got my girl in and fixed her up! It’s so scary to have a sick baby and they were more than helpful! I was thankful for them to take us in on Sunday, I know that’s a hard day to need to be seen. They called Monday to check on her as well! Thank you guys!

Great staff and extremely kind! My old guy took a horrible turn for the worst last Sunday. I called and got an appointment to have him euthanized. The staff welcomed us like they had served Booth his entire life. They helped with everything, and most importantly, they didn't rush us at all! Please note that our regular vet is not open on Sundays, so this was is why we called The Animal Hospital of Statesville. Again, the Hancock Family appreciates everything they did for us. They also contract with Pet Pilgrimage so we were able to take care of all Booth's expenses at the time of service! ❤️

I had never been here before and I took my 15 year old Australian Shepherd for his first and last visit. Unfortunately he had reached the end of his life and I asked them to put him down. The staff there was incredible!! They were the most compassionate and caring of any place I've ever been. They let an old man say good bye to his best friend in the best possible way. I could never thank you enough. From the front door to the back door the whole staff was wonderful.

This place makes me feel like my kitty is family to them. Everyone is so so friendly and professional, they call my baby by her name, and she is well taken care of. They offer a kitten wellness program that's very affordable and covers everything your kitten needs from a baby all the way to a senior kitty! I will never ever use a different veterinarian.
