My dog Cooper was a work in appointment today. We had a great experience at our visit. This was our first time here. He was seen by dr. Zuercher and she was great. Cooper is a complicated case due to his auto immune disorder and she sat down with us to get all the details about his complicated self/history. I am kind of a hypochondriac when it comes to my pet and she did not make me feel like I was too much or crazy at all. She explained everything very well and gave me options on what steps we could take moving forward. The facility is very nice, clean and welcoming. But once again Dr. Zuercher was fantastic.
