From calling in for the very first appointment to the appointment itself, everyone was very helpful and friendly. You can tell that they really do care about your pets as well as the owners. The vet took the time to answer all of our questions and even some we didn't think of at the time. The outside of the building was very clean and neat as well as everywhere inside was very clean and did not smell of pet urine or feces. We are definitely looking forward to starting our relationship with Animal Hospital of Statesville.
